Enermax Power Supply Questions

I have two quick questions about my Enermax Whisper 330W PSU.

1) Is there a maximum number of devices I can attach to one power lead? If so, how many?

2)Coming out of the PSU there is a little white wire with a black rubber disc on the end. It only sticks out of the PSU about 3 inches, and I have no clue as to what it is.

1) Depends on the current draw of what your connecting up... helps somewhat to spread the load out across the lines from the supply but you would have to have something pretty funky going on before you would have a problem.

2) it's a temperature sensor and controls the speed of the rear fan. I have a 465, and it is on a long lead, maybe 10" long. I was told to Put it near something that might get hot and worry you or just hang it in the case was the advice i got when i bought mine... i snaked it down under the mother board near the processor.
This was the advice of the dealer i bought mine through, but they didn't really inspire a lot of confidence and seemed to be guessing at where the probe was best placed.

If yours is only a couple inches long they must just be taking a measurement of heat in the case.
