Enermax power supply question

I want to buy the 350W Enermax power supply, but I'd like to know where does the second fan go, on top or towards the bottom of the case? (if it does matter...) Post a comment too, if you have this ps.

two fans, one on the back, and the other on the bottom of the p.s.(the side facing the cpu)...

the back one is an 80mm, the bottom one is a 92mm.
