I have one, it stays above +12v right now.

If you can get an ocz powerstream 520w, GET IT!
Or, an enermax 535w whisper would do better.
 
I have V2.0 of this Enermax. Quiet and VERY stable PSU. The PSU runs cool, thanks to the +75% efficiency rating.

The Whisper II line is of lower quality design. Stick with the Noisetaker series. I believe there's an 800 number that you can call for more info about Noisetaker and Whisper II.
