Enermax EG365P-VE(FC) Question?

I am looking at buying this power supply. I can get it for $70.52 from CTGDirect (shipped to CA). Linkified
I am running just an Athlon 700. I am not too concerned with how it will perform, although I do run a fair number of periphs. I have two hd's including a 10k SCSI, a dvd, a cdrw, a zip, and a few fans.

What I really want to know is: Is this thing quiet? If not can anyone recommend a quieter PSU that is not more expensive? Thanks.

yea, definitely dead quiet...i'm really hard-pressed to hear the fans and it's not like i've got any 120mm's or something! built the rig in order to keep the noise as low as possible. The power supply's definitely the quietest thing in there right now.
I've got it running 3 hdd's, cdrw, zip, dvd and a 92 mm exhaust fan, and it seems to have no problems with all those peripherals...i'll be upgrading sometime soon to the 430W (maybe even the 550 if I can find a real good deal on it) since i'll be adding a couple more hdds.
anyway, sweet ps, fits the quiet bill no doubt
