Enermax EG365P-VE failing? help

one day, my computer decided not to start up. i opened it and played with the power on/off to see if i could get it to work. sometimes the fan would spin once and then turn off when i would try switching the computer on. then, i tried sticking in my other psu and it worked. i don't think my psu is dead, maybe just retarded.

how do i rma this?

How long have u had the PS?

I've had that PS in my computer for 3 years still works like a charm. have u tried manually turn the PS on by shorting it? Use a paperclip or sumthing to short the 14th wire, usually green, with any of the black wires. If its still retarded then Rma it.

ive had it for about 2-3 years now. i don't know. it's been working fine until one morning, just wouldnt turn on. im not quite sure how to short it.....

someone want to elaborate on that?
also, how i can go about rmaing this. can't find it anywhere on the site

Guide To testing PSU. I used it and it works, just short the green wire and the black one next to it.

can someone elaborate on the method of shorting the wires . please? thanks

read my previous post.. bend a paper clip or sumthing and short the green wire with any black wire on the ATX connector.

another way: put it in another computer and try it
