enermax EG351-VE and VE(FC), is there a difference?

i have looked over the specs for both and they seem similar in the dba portion... am i missing something? or is it just Whisper class since the more expensive one has Fan Control (FC) with the same fans? has anyone been able to compare the two? is there a review comparing them out there?

The standard model allows the mobo to monitor the rear 80mm fan speed via a two-wire harness that plugs into the mobo. With the FC models, the fan must be powered via the included three wire harness from either a molex/adapter or the mobo. Advanced mobos can power off the 80mm fan in some low power modes. Chrome grilles on the standard model, gold on the FC. Apparently the same, otherwise. My standard EG351P-VE is so quiet that the whole thing with the FC model seems frivolous.

thats what i was thinking..., seems as if the FC would get annoying even, like my antec did... maybe enermax has better temperature FC levels... thanks...
