Is this power supply sufficient for a system that will include 2 (max) 7200 rpm drives (<40gb), a CD-R, CD-RW, Shuttle AK31A, 1.4 ghz T-Bird (not overclocked), GeForce2 Ultra, Soundblaster Live, 3 case fans & the Swiftech MC370?
After buying all the above, i'm about broke & was considering the Antec Sx600 w/o ps. I'm trying to go as cheap as possible, but need the obvious cooling the Antec will provide.
Help/suggestions are appreciated.

That supply only provides 20A on the +5V line. AMD recommends 30A or greater on any Athlon over 1GHz. As such, that supply is only AMD approved up to 1GHz. The Enermax 365 would be a good choice and is approved up to 1.4GHz.
