Enermax 365 Watts enough for a new Athlon 64 build?

I have an old (3-yr old) Enermax EG365P-VE power supply. Is it going to be enough (meaning overclocking friendly) for the following setup I am building?

2 WD 120GB ATA133 hard drive
1 Maxtor 300GB SATA II hard drive
1 BenQ 16x DVD-RW
1 Athlon 64 3500+ (wanna overclock this)
1 Nforce4 motherboard
1 6600GT graphics card
2x Crucial Ballistix PC3200 512MB (wanna overclock this)

That's it. I read somewhere that total 500W would be ideal. But given how it's distributed, I don't really trust that general statement.

I wouldn't use a 3 year old PSU made by ANYONE in a new rig. Especially one where you plan to overcock the processor. From what I've read from those that OC, you'll want the most Amps on the 12V rails you can get...

At least 18amps? 😛 Mine has 16amps and its great 😉

To answer your question mrscintilla..
When your spending all that money on a new rig why not just go ahead and buy a new psu? But if you dont want to spend anymore money, that psu will be fine. Also if your overclocking, why the 3500? Get a 3200 and save some money.

16 is fine too, some people are crazy and think 22A is the minimum.

20 Amps is the realistic minimum for security. You can get by with 16 or 18, but getting by is not something my standards permit.

thanks a lot guys. I moved the topic to the cpu thread b/c I realized more people talk about psu there. Looks like I will stick with it for now and run some prime95 to test its stability in my new rig.
The label on eg365p-ve says that the 12v line is rated at 17A. Enermax site says that the max on that line is 26A. I guess I should be fine no matter which one is referred to by the above posts, right?

I have a 400 watt Antec with 18A on the 12v rail and mine runs just fine. I have a A64 3200+, 1GB RAM, 6 hard drives, DVDROM, and a GeForce 6800 Ultra and I haven't had a single crash, so I think you should be fine with that setup.
