Energy Efficient systems. Dell, HP, Suggestions?

I need to purchase energy efficient desktop systems for general home use. I did well with a Optiplex 755 for my wife. (E5300 with defroster paint runs at 3.5ghz...)

Any suggestions for small-mid towers with a i3 or i5 chip? 80 plus power supply required. SSD would be great. I may add a fanless video card. Something for general home use, web browsing, burning DVD's, etc.
