They also have the sub for $99, for around $300 or less they probably aren't that bad. For $650 maybe not so much. I've always seen them listed under the Jamo name, odd seeing them labeled under Energy. Now, if I could only score some RC-70s...

Just check on Vanns and they have this set $299 + free shipping: http://www.vanns.com/shop/servlet/item/features/544158919/jamo-s506hcs3?s_c=site_search
I think its a step above that set up top and imo looks better as a bonus. The speakers are a little larger and go a little lower frequency wise.

I have the Energy Take 5 setup with a tSc (now defunct) 10 inch sub and it sounds pretty good in my basement. Would buy again. I'm no audiofile, but they sound good with movies.

Yeah, a very lame rebrand and very poor pricing on it. They didn't even change the speakers at all lol. I blame Audiovox, not Klipsch, but it could be Klipsch's fault of course.

If you check the price of this set of speaker now (2012-08-06) it's a "deal" :)sneaky: yeah right!) for $ 299.99.

Exact same price than the Jamo at Costco in oct 2011

They really tried to take us for fools
