EndInstall.exe process??

I just did a fresh install on my system and was just 'cleaning up' some of the startup processes...

One that I am not sure about is called 'EndInstall.exe', I don't remember ever seeing this process.
I checked msconfig.exe and it is listed in the startup processes.

Can someone shed some light on this?
