Here is a tip for the end pieces of bread. Take note.

Wait 5 hours or until the oven is cool. pull out the cookie sheet with the two end pieces of bread.

Remove the bread from the cookie sheet and put them in the trash, everyone knows that the end pieces
of bread is not good for anything.

I would always leave the heels for someone else to suffer with, but now that I'm off at college, I eat them. They're not too bad with potato bread.

I would be afraid to try this, as I am not a good cook and I think it would not turn out right. I would make the bread worthless agian.
