Encrypting a hard disk with 4KB sectors with TrueCrypt

Hi to all!
I came here after reading this very interesting article:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/2888

I'm going to buy a WD hard disk with 750 GB which features sectors of 4 KB; since I'm going to use it with Windows XP, with whom it doesn't get the best performances, I have to format it with the utility mentioned in the article:
http://www.wdc.com/global/products/features/?id=7

So, since I'm going to encrypt the hard disk completely with TrueCrypt, could I incur any issue?

Ah, by the way, I'm going to use it just a storage device, no OS installed on it.

Anybody tried?
