Encrypted Folder

Okay...I don't think this is possible but here is what I want to do:

I want to make an encrypted folder on my desktop that is password protected so that to read the contents you have to enter a password.

However...I want it to do this for any account, including my own. So even though I'm logged in I want to be able to have it so that I have to enter a password.

If that isn't possible I guess I can just make a PW-protected zip file or something but I'm trying to get this as secure as possible and zip file PW crackers exist.

That looks good and all but it looks like once I mount a file as a volume it stays mounted and anyone can open it. I want something that will ask for a password every single time the folder/file/volume is opened and doesn't have to be mounted to be seen.

Ah you're right, I missed that in the OP... I knew I had a link to something to do just this... must dig deeper now.
