Encountering problems when playing counter-strike

I play on a server which requires cheating death. Playing using cheating death 2.11.1.

My problem is that sometimes when I play, it has happened to me three times in the last 2 days. I get this message which shows on my screen that "Your system has been modified. Please remove the modification to play on this server. Code [41]" I have never seen this before and wondering what might be going on. I don't use any cheats of any sorts and my config.cfg is read only.

Anyone have any clues? Thanks for any assistance.

 
Are you running any custom models, scripts, or have ever tried installing cheats evar?!?!??

<--Has played on cd required servers sinec cd was version 1.1 and has never seen that message.
