Encoding to Xvid & mp3 w/ ATI AIW 8500DV?

I reformatted my HD recently, and now when I capture live tv w/ my AIW 8500, I don't get a option to encode the audio in mp3 anymore. I was able to do this before I formatted. I installed the lame mp3 codec. I'm able to capture the video and then re-encode the audio to mp3 w/ Virtual Dub. Anyone know how do I enable the mp3 audio encoding option w/ the ATI MMC software?
