Encoding MP3s with Nero?

"Due to licensing restrictions, Nero, Nero Expres and NeroMIX only include a trial version of the Frauenhofer MP3 encoder which will encode up to 30 MP3 tracks".

At Nero's site the above text has me a bit confused, does this mean you can encode up to 30 tracks per session(I can live with that) or after you encode your first 30 tracks the encoder no longer works at all? I need to know about this before I purchase it. TIA
