I would like to know how to enable the rear speakers? Do I needa install LiveWare in order to do so?

what speakers do you have? What sound card are you using? What software are you running, just LiveWare?

im guessing you have a SB Live since you mention liveware... thats the only place ive ever seen to set up your speaker configuration for SB live!'s
 
I am on WinXP w/. Audigy. But currently, I only have the latest driver installed w/o. the LiveWare. I hate LiveWare and it gives me a lotta problems...

AFAIK you have to install the audigy software & the creative driver update in order to enable rear speakers!
works fine for me in XP!
