Anyone have any experiences enabling the HALT command using an Epox 8KHA+?? I'm also running Windows XP HE and I have a SB Live! value card in my system. I've heard that enabling HALT sometimes interferes with a Live! card in a way that it makes a crackly noise. I've read on the Ambdb.com forums that it's worked for a lot of people but there are still some that have problems.
Any experiences? This is the guide that instructs you on how to do it. Do you think it's easily reversible if I encounter any problems?
