Enabling DMA in Win 2k?

I have a seagate barracuda IV and a lite-on 16x burner and running Win 2k. I don't see any options to set dma mode for either of these. Can I do this? Is so, how do I do this?

Right click My Computer->Properties->Hardware->Device Manager->IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers->Primary/Seconary IDE Channel->Properties->Advanced Settings

Should see the options to enable DMA there.
