Enabling Disk Cache

After running Bootvis, I noticed that it said that the write cache was not enabled. Looking at the Device Manager, the 2 PATA drives have this enabled, but the 3 SATA drives have the items greyed out. Is there a way to control this?
 
Hmm, if both Windows and Bootvis says that the caches are not enabled, I wonder how it could be if the caches are operating normally?
