Enable VGA on motherboard

I have an AM-35 motherboard from an old emachines computer that I am rebuilding. When this was my only PC, I installed a video card in the AGP slot, and disabled onboard video. Now I need to enable the onboard video, and I am not sure how to do this. As I do not have a video card yet, I want to install an OS, and sell this PC as is to someone that will not be gaming on it, just using it for simple tasks.
