Also, when I go to OC, what should I set this ram to:

Bank 3 : 256MB DDR-SDRAM 7-1-1-1R 4-1-1-1W 2.0-3-3CL 2CMD

Get Rivatuner. Install and run the program; there's going to be two little triangles flashing when it opens (it needs to build registry databases first, it only does this on the first run). Click the top triangle, and then select the....um, I think it's the NVStrap tab - the last one on the right I think it is.
Once there, click on the Install button; select Force On for Fastwrites and Sideband addressing. It might need a reboot.
Also, Fastwrite support needs to be enabled in the system BIOS.

As for the graphic aperature, it really isn't a concern what it's at. Here's a link to a thread on what the aperature setting was useful for.

The XP1700 - is it a Palomino or Thoroughbred core?
