Enable DHCP in Windows 98.

Find your network card, in the Device Manager or the System Control Panel or the Network Control Panel or wherever the heck Windows 98 puts it (I forget, been a while 🙂). Then right-click, choose "Properties" and then select "TCP/IP" from the protocol list, and choose "Obtain an IP Address automatically." That should do it. Let us know if you have any problems.

Good luck,
Nick

Thanks I was setting a cable modem that uses dynamic IP, The instruction said "make sure DHCP is enable" didn't say how. 🙂
