Emusic Nomad II DELAYED

We were informed this past week that due to unforeseen manufacturing delays at Creative Labs, a portion of our shipment of NOMAD II's has been delayed. As a result, your NOMAD II
will be shipping to you later than we had originally expected. We expect to receive our shipment from Creative Labs the first several weeks of July"

 
thanks for the message, but its already been posted in the emusic thread. ungainly large as it has become I know... I am one of those unlucky people who got that message as well. sucks but I cant complain, I get a 10$ and its not like ill keep the player anyways. its just kewl that I get something like that for music I woulda bought anyways
 
mine was shipped on thursday, should be coming on wednesday. FYI i ordered the 50 dollar of musics on the 25th of may
 
i was suprised to get the confirmation from emusic, but they shipped it and it will get here on monday.

Interesting....after hearing about all of these "delayed shipment" messages, I feared that I too would not receive mine. Surprisingly, I got a message this evening (Friday) that mine had shipped out today and it included a tracking number (sent from Portland, OR.). Thus, it seems that some are still coming out.

My fireworks will be a day late this year, as it supposedly will arrive via UPS on July 5th!
 
Mine's delayed as well. I'm not entirely sure what to do with those $10 of extra credit. I've already got 250 MP3's in my emusic account that I'll probably never dload.
 
As I said in the other thread, I'm getting mine on the 7th, but that's beside the point.

I've just gotta say that I have never ever thanked a company for a promotional deal before (I mean, they aren't offering them just to do us all a big favor) but I am certainly considering writing a very nice note to emusic for this one. This deal simply rocked. Call me a wuss (why do I set myself up like that?!?) but I hope some of you other satisfied customers at least think about doing the same.
