<< SUNNYVALE, CA (Business Wire)?SanDisk Corporation and EMusic.com announced today that the two companies have developed an agreement to offer consumers 12 free MP3 song titles with the purchase of SanDisk CompactFlash, SmartMedia and MultiMediaCard memory cards, and ImageMate card readers.
Beginning this month, SanDisk will include a coupon with shipments of SanDisk CompactFlash, SmartMedia and MultiMediaCard memory cards, and ImageMate reader products to the retail channel. Each coupon will entitle the user to download 12 free MP3 songs from EMusic: six preselected songs and a credit for six tracks of their own choice. EMusic's catalog of over 125,000 MP3s offers music from established, "signed" musicians in many different genres.
SanDisk CompactFlash, MultiMediaCard and SmartMedia memory cards, and ImageMate readers are available at more than 20,000 retail outlets worldwide, including Best Buy, Future-Shop, and Office Depot under the SanDisk brand name.
