Well I'm surfing the net right now using a direct connection to the internet via cable modem. Emule is running and I'm getting my fix of old British TV shows as I type.
Now if I route my intenet connection via the M$ wireless router everything works fine for a certain period on my desktop machine through which all of this is connected by wires. After a given point in time though I can upload all day long with Emule but cannot download anything or even surf the net with IE or Firefox etc.
Something about the router kills my downloading/browsing ability - even if I shut down Emule!
Now the strange part is that the browsing and downloading capability of the two laptops in the house continues un-interuppted as per normal.
Why does my connection stop? I'm baffled really 😕
A reboot sorts it out again but the connection to the main desktop with strangle itself to a halt after 5 to 15 mins etc.
