Not sure if this would go under PC or handheld but a coworker of mine asked about running a DS emulator on his pc for his kids.

He said his kids have a bunch of games they'd like to play on a bigger screen. Is there a good emulator out there for the PC and if so where could he go to find one?
 
The DSi XL is probably your only option. Google says that DS emulation is in the very early stages and most emulators play very few games, and run those games very slowly.
