Empty recycle bin....

Why would this happen???

Recycle bin looks empty. When I look at the Windows folder it is full of files like

$NtUninstallQ308387$, before all the files you normally see there. Is that normal?

Any ideas???

Yes, that's normal. That's mainly from OS Patches. You will see the option to uninstall patches/service packs under add/remove programs. That is where the uninstall info is. Ths number, such as Q308387 indicates what patch it is.

No. Change your Folder Options to "Show hidden Files and Folders" and you will see yours.
