What's your take here? How does your company handle this kind of thing?



Short sharp shock ..... 58 YOM 'old white guy' gets pushed out of a senior position instead of being given a chance to advance. Goes to court.

If his argument has merit, he should be heard. This is the baggage of law. It's is purely based on the axioms placed on paper, not the "feels" behind it.

Also, it is progress that the guy's last name is not triggering anything because a DiBenedetto would have done so back in the mid-20th century.

I'm readying my own flood of complaints regarding some healthcare company related shit all over.

Beating racism means EQUAL chance for everyone based only on who is the best candidate for the job.

If the person in question was passed over for promotion because they were Caucasian they absolutely should have a case.

I read a good amount of the docket and he's got a good case. People in management roles should take notice of how it's framed because it would be very easy to fall into similar thought pattern with older employees.
