What would you assume to be the best answer for that?

Strongly Disagree
Disagree
Agree
Strongly Agree

What would an employer want to see?

Considering that I don?t have a job right now, I am not the best person to answer...but I would say disagree. I have no idea what they are looking for on those "personality" tests, but I usually only put agree or disagree (unless it is something "you feel that stealing is wrong", then I might say strongly agree). I remember taking Psychology in college and we talked about those tests and how they are fairly accurate, so there has to be some science behind them, but I think it is a bigger picture kind of thing. I do not think that each individual question is ALL that important.

But then again, I do not have a job...so what do I know....

The correct answer is agree or disagree, but do not answer STRONGLY to either.

if you STRONGLY agree well, shoplifting and dangerous driving are a "thrill"

if you slightly agree, you might like roller coasters

if you disagree, you don't like roller coasters

if you STRONGLY disagree, you're a psycho who sits in moms basement all day with no friends

I hear these tests are based off Minnesota farmers from the early 19th century or something. So I have tried to answer most with that in mind...

What kind of job? I'll fill it in for a retail position:

Strongly Disagree = Asocial, won't initiate conversations/possibly avoids customers, may not work well with others
Disagree = reserved but able to sell items and cooperate with customers/team
Agree = (ideal in this case) outgoing, initiates talk with customers and team, without getting too distracted.
Strongly Agree = Too social or arrogant. Will irritate team members and drive off customers.

I dunno....that's kind of how I see it. But then, I've never been a retail manager and now work in animal care.
