employee discount at best buy...how much off?

i was thinking of getting an ericson t68 or maybe some logitech z-560's. how much off do i get? anyone working at best buy know the discount prices for various items like cpu parts, dvds, home theater, car audio.

Speakers and carfi can be over 200% markup, computers can be less than 3% everthing else is in the middle

cool, so chances are the z-560's can be pretty cheap along with home theater stuff. ahh, the joys of working at best buy. i wonder if i wil get fired after the holidays since i was hired for seasonal.

THe discounts are ok, but most of their products suck anyways. Of course, I prefer higher end stuff, but that's just me.

cell phones and car audio equipment tends to have the highest markup....the 560s aren't going to be markup by that much, just like most computer equipment. Although cat5s are markup like crazy....you can probably get a 100ft for like 5, 6 bucks, not a bad way to make a quick buck or two that way.

CDRs are discounted less than a dollar, fyi. ie, $17.99 => $17.06

Cell phones have the biggest markups you will EVER see. Because of this, Circuit City doesn't REALLY give you store cost on them, I don't know what Best Buy does.
