i saw this on MTV today. apparently he was accused of stealing some french guy's beats. they played his song and the original beat and i really do think he copied it. it sounds almost exactly alike! here, i dug up the article at mtv for you guys. you be the judge!

really does sound pretty similar. most hip hop songs use samples of beats from other sources all the time. but this sounds way too similar to just be a 'sampling'.
