I am having EMI problems with this board. So far I?ve replaced the power supply, video card and monitor but no luck yet. My monitor and TV in the family are getting some serious noise on them when I turn my computer one.

Here is a list of my components:

Tyan Tiger Athlon MP S2460
Global Copper Heat Sink/Fans
Crucial ECC memory
Athlon MP 1900 Dual
Geforce 3 Ti 200 64 DDR
In-Win Q500 300 watt Case
Dell P1110 Trinitron Monitor
Western Digital IDE Drives
Iwill PCI ATA 100 Controller card

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Thanks

Tom

It sounds like the wall outlet you are plugging into might not be properly grounded. You can get a tester that plugs into the outlet to tell you if it is properly wired at a hardware store or Radio Shack. Other than that, are you using a UPS (not a surge supressor or power strip)? If not, buy one.

As long as you're running brushless fans in a metal case, your computer should not be emitting much EMI. That sounds like a power problem in your house. I dont know much about power outlets in homes, but it sounds like you overloaded something :)
