First BillG tells a bunch of MVPs that DRM is worthless and that folks should just rip cds. Then Jobs calls out the labels. Now one of the big four says to hell with DRM. Guess we missed the invite to the illuminati meeting where these things were ironed out (months ago probably).

that's a misleading title. EMI is possibly considering the sale or DRM-free music. They can still shoot the idea down faster than jobs can pump out ipods.
