I am facing similar kind of problem with my setup on the same board as mentioned in below thread
Gigabyte Z170XP-SLI
headphones : Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 80 ohm
DAC/AMP: Schiit Fulla (USB powered)
Have been observing similar kind of noise from 3.5mm jack on the motherboard and front panel jacks too. Any solutions are welcome. Seems like a motherboard problem to me.

To be exact the noise is not just on headphone jacks but also on USB ports. I am using a dedicated USB DAC/AMP combo and the same problem of noise interference persists.
The DAC/AMP is not faulty since I already tested it out on a laptop.
