I'm going to be standing up some Virtual Machines on my computer in which I'm going to be doing some analysis of viruses and reverse engineering.
I would, for obvious reasons, like to keep my host system clean. Since there are exploits that allow for a virus to escape the sandbox conditions of a VM, I thought I would try and add some precautions like EMET.
Is there any problem with assigning VMware Player to EMET? Any other suggestions on how to keep the host system clean?
Thanks,
-GP
