Emergency solution to treat a pimple?

Gah. I've been undergoing some SERIOUS stress lately, and apparently all of it decided to collect and emerge in the form of a pimple on my forehead. I don't normally break out, but when I do, it's only one pimple in a very prominent place on my face. Ugh.

Does anyone have an emergency solution for getting rid of it? I refuse to pop cuz I don't want it to scar... I've heard tea tree oil works wonders, and may pick some up after work today.

I've also heard applying ice wrapped in a clean towel helps, too.

I need to get rid of this thing by Friday... cuz that's when I'm going to Vegas.

Help!

It's reddish... in the early stages. I can't prick it, and I'm scared to death of needles so I wouldn't even think about trying... *shudders*

Hey, that's going to be the only way to prevent it from turning into a puss pocket - find a needle, sterilize it, stick it in the affected pore, then squeeze the thing.

Swab it with rubbing alcohol to dry it out, and then put hot compresses on it for about 10 min. When you wake up the next day, it should either have come to a head, or it will be gone.

I personally have more luck with witchhazel, which most often comes in an alcohol base. Any of those facial astringents is what I'd get. Though I reccomend cleaning the pore first, (e.g. popping) just try not to draw blood, though with your complexion, dried blood won't stand out to much if it's minimal. I happen to be white as a sheet.
 
Take a washcloth and get it wet, then put it in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Take the hot cloth and hold it over the pimple for a while. It will help open the pores and the pimple should be gone in a day or two at most.
