EMERGENCY PSU EXPLOSION!!

Not sure what happened but all of sudden my computer wouldn't reboot. So i left it alone then I came back to it like 4 hours later opened the case and pushed the power button all of a sudden huge sparks come from my psu. I quickly shut it off and pulled it out. Luckily it looks like no other parts where effected by the spark I thourghly inspected all the parts and found no defects so Now i need a psu heres my system.
Amd 64 3000
2x512 corsair value select ddr400
nvidia 6800gt
soundblaster live 5.1
ata controller
2 hard drives
nec dvd burner
lite-on cd burner
lite-on dvd-rom drive
1 floppy drive
like 5 usb devices
5 fans
right now i am using a 450w allied psu but obvious it doesn't cut it.
I need help because I am in college and have no comp beyond this rig.

jost dont buy a Soyo Raptor, its nice enough and adjustable, but the 12 volt rail is lowww even on my 2 year old setup

You need a quality psu - fortron, ocz, pcpowerandcooling, antec are all good, depending on your budget.

cheap psu = misleading ratings. 450watts at what? 30c? lol:)
