Emergency looks like my spunky mouse works for

Dell Technical Support and as well for Amazon customer support

I e-mailed amazon CS, gave them my order #, indicated I returned my order, gave them tracking number and delivery infomation, package was delivered and signed for 20days ago and still no credit been issued to me. So some spunky mouse replies with BS message please provide order number and what would I like to order.

With any luck, they aren't handing my Muvo RMA. I checked on the RMA status page and it showed that after them having the product for 11 business days, they return the product to me not even tested. I'll be getting it tomorrow. Hopefully, I won't have to get upset with anyone over this. :|
