Embedding the product key in a windows cd

I do frequent formating and installation of my computer (constantly breaking it) and I forgot how to embed my product key into the disc so I don't have to look it up every time I install. I have my old ME edition with this feature, but I am now on XPP and would love to be able to do this. Anyone know how to accomplish this?

Thanks

It involves re-burning the Windows CD. Look up SP2 slipstream on XP. There are directions. This is an optional part of the slipstream process.

I believe you need a floppy drive to do this.

It stores your CD-Key as well as setup options. Lets you just throw it in, go eat lunch, and have it completely done when you get back.
