Embedding Perl in C ?

I am trying to figure out how to do this. I can find a little info around about how the code should look but none on where to find perl.h, extern.h, and the coresponding libraries.

If anyone knows what the deal is, please let me know.

Edit: Don't everyone answer at once. I got it sorted out. I forgot that I had deleted the source code for perl so my search was only covering the compressed source. AND I was able to get ExtUtils to work in order to link the proper libraries etc... for my current instalation.
