Embedded mp3 Doesn't Play If You Use Netscape

I have an embedded mp3 at my website, Mulcahy International, that plays fine for people using Internet Explorer or AOL's browser. Log on with Netscape though and you get a message that a plug-in is missing. Follow the link and, while you are assured a plug-in is missing, you aren't told which one. I downloaded and installed RealMedia Player and Cresendo. I also incorporated html code for Cresendo into my site and enabled RealMedia as a "helper application" in Navigator's preferences. After that the mp3 would play okay in Explorer but come out garbled with Netscape. Can anyone suggest what I'm missing?
