My sister is officially taller than me. I'm a 28 year old male and she 21. I am 5'10 3/4" and she is 5'11". Has anyone seen this before? A sister being taller than a brother at adult ages?

1/4"? She wore thicker socks. Also this is the most important problem in your life right now. Definitely.

That difference is negligible and genes aren't the only thing that can and will effect height.
I am taller than everyone in my immediate family by a good 3-4".

I'm taller than my sister... but both of our parents are taller than us D:

(I'm 5'10" and she's 5'6"... dad is 6'3" and mom is 6'1")

No!

This has never happened before in the history of mankind. Unless you want to be forever remembered as "that hilarious short dude" you should off your sister.

Your Dad should get some DNA tests done

I'm the spitting image of my dad's youngest brother (medium height, light brown/blonde hair, green eyes) while my dad is tall, black hair, and brown eyes.

for years I was really convinced that my mom had an affair, but the timeline just doesn't match up because my uncle was deployed overseas during the years before my birth. I just chalk it up to genetics being screwy.

I think I got all the physical genes from my dad's paternal side, because while my dad bears a striking resemblance to all the guys on his mother's side, I look exactly like my other uncles, grandfather, and his brothers too.

I'm 6'4", so I can't relate.

There are times I wish I was 5'10" because that's the height they design a lot of sports cars around. I can't fit in a lot of things I want to drive :(

Tell me about it. It does seem that they are making cars more accommodating to us Alpha Males of Tall Stature as I really don't have the leg room problem in newer cars.

I drove my mom's 2002 Accord recently(has 29K on it, hah) and my god there is absolutely no leg/knee room.
