Emails Not Being Received

About two weeks ago or so I started being contacted by a few clients that they weren't receiving my emails. Likewise, several emails have been sent to me but I haven't received them. I haven't made any changes to Outlook Express that might affect this.
My ISP is Comcast. My site host is HostPC.
Any ideas? Thank you.
