Email worms...

...how long is it gonna be until some sys admin gets fedup and makes an email worm that enables virus scanning on a weekly basis, disables running attachments with vbs, exe, bat, and pif extentions from outlook, and disables vbs all together on a system after emailing itself to everyone in your address book?

Would this be the UN Peace Keeping worm or the Patriot Worm?

Our sysadmin did something of this sort. Not a worm, but lets say worms are not a problem here anymore. I can't say more
