Email Woes

One of my friends at work has me stumped with a software problem that she asked me. For some odd reason, when a certain person attempts to email her, it is denied and cannot be send. This problem occurs with another person who also attempts to email her. She is using AOL right now (Cheap Internet) Does anyone have any ideas why this is occuring?

Its possible the sender address has been blocked as spam. Check the preferences.

Ok, I will mention that to her. That is what we were thinking too.
