not sure where to post this because i'm not sure if it's a website issue or software but...

i'm starting a website and i estimate i will be getting a lot of email from customers, more than i'll be able to handle on my own.

how do i make it so i can have one email address but can have a few employees access the email sent to that address? employees will be on their own computers in different locations. like how does a website have one email address for questions but have a bunch of employees answering all the email sent there, without having a few employees answering the same email?

Probably the quickest/easiest way is to set up an email account and get everyone to connect to it via IMAP, and if each person checks it and takes the first unread message, and responds to it. Any read messages have been or are being dealt with.

This is what I currently do.
