I'd side with including acting, but if it's a client facing role, that's a poor idea.

Just ask HR.

I've noticed that people in higher positions have smaller email signatures.

HR wants us to have this standardized 5 line signature:
FirstName LastName
Title
Company
Company Slogan TM
companywebsite.com

I usually sign with nothing or my first name.

- FirstName

If I'm communicating with someone outside the company, I'll include the following signature in my first communication just to let them know who I am.
FirstName LastName
Title, Group
