Email scams?

I am so tired of recieving emails about getting products for free. I actually tried it once a long time ago and now I recieve at least two or three emails a day about these stupid things. Usually they just change the extension of the email address. I have a couple of questions.

1. Has anyone ever been able to get the free product from one of these stupid things?

2. Has anyone ever been able to get their name/email totally erased from the database so they don't get these crappy emails anymore.

i hate the emails that are for the same product but they change domains every fvcking day. like one day is betsy@vfjpgfhoghg.com, the next day its frank@iefwefi.com, the next its melissa@jdfwef[whjgfpwrhgpgj.com
